Does Faro replace Airbnb, my PMS, or guest messages?

No — you keep everything you currently have. Faro is your missing in-stay guest layer, and it integrates easily with your current systems. We set it up for you, so you won't have to change anything about how you operate your property today.

Will local picks feel like ads?

Local picks and perks should feel like places you would comfortably recommend to your own guests. We do not get paid for local recommendations, and we make it clear when perks are partnerships.
